Who is RathCare?
RathCare is a committed group of individuals whose primary goal is to address the issues that created the U.S. moratorium on adoptions from Cambodia and help institute a system that will work, both for the children of Cambodia and for the requirements of the US and Cambodian governments.

We have continued to communicate with all levels of the government, including personal visits to the US Ambassador in Cambodia.  In 2005 RathCare held an open-forum discussion with members of Congress and met personally with both State Department and USCIS staff who hold the keys to the resumption of adoptions.

If you want to be a part of RathCare, send us an email .  You will be asked to fill out a membership agreement form and once approved, belong to the Yahoo group where RathCare members share information and ideas.
